For over 10 years she has been doing modelling portfolios for individuals, personal shoots, professional headshots, couple or family photography, fashion commercial photography, product photography and lifestyle photography.

"I'm an artist and photographer driven by a deep passion for both art and science. My work blends classic realism with expressive artistic expressionism, aiming to capture the essence of human emotion and individuality.

Faces are often my canvas of choice, as they possess a unique power to captivate and communicate on a profound level. Drawing from my background in fashion design, I delight in incorporating diverse fashion concepts into my artwork, celebrating the distinctiveness of each person.

In a world filled with societal pressures, I believe art has the ability to unveil our authentic selves. My goal is to foster emotional connections through my creations, guiding viewers to discover deeper layers of identity and meaning.

Experimentation is at the heart of my creative journey, where textures and painting styles serve as vehicles for exploration and discovery. Through my art, I strive to inspire connections and provoke thought, inviting viewers to explore the intricate beauty of the human experience.

Maria received high education in fashion studies, visual arts and Photography; and holds 4 following certificates:
- Graduate Diploma in Fashion Studies from Central Saint Martins London
- BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from Kingston University in London
-  Arts foundation in Photography and Fashion from Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts
- Student of the Year Nominee at Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts

In 2024 Maria works primarily from her studio in Newcastle Australia, as well as travelling interstate for special projects.
